Registration Information

How to use our registration system

To register one student for a single elementary camp or teen class:

Click the "Learn More" button below your desired program, and then click the "Express Registration" button in the camp or class information window to register.

To register one elementary student for multiple elementary camp weeks in different camps:

  • Click the "Learn More" button below one of your desired programs, and then click the "Express Registration" button in the camp or class information window to register for the first camp.
  • When you reach the "Review and Submit" screen, select "Select classes for a new participant" in the upper right corner. 
  • This will return you to the home screen, where you can then select the second camp you wish to register the child for.

To register a teen student for more than one teen class:

Click the "Register Here for Multiple Teen Classes" button below. Families that register for more than one teen class will receive $20 off their second class registration.

To register multiple children from the same family in our summer programs:

  • On the top left navigation bar of this webpage, select "Profile." Then create a participant profile for each child you wish to register for a summer camp or class.
  • Once your profiles are complete, click the "Learn More" button below the program you wish to register a child for, and then click the "Express Registration" button in the camp or class information window. You can register only one child at a time. 
  • Complete registration for the first child. When you reach the "Review and Submit" screen, select "Select classes for a new participant" in the upper right corner. 
  • This will return you to the home screen, where you can then select the camp or class you wish to register the second child for.

Youth Summer Camps (for students who have completed first through sixth grades)

Teen Summer Classes (for students ages 13-18)

Summer 2025 Camp and Class Refund Policy

If you wish to withdraw from a camp or class session, refunds will be issued in the following forms and amounts:

 

  • Between your registration date and 30 days prior to the first day of your camp session: you can choose between a full refund minus any credit card processing fees, or you can receive a full refund in the form of credit toward future camps or classes at Miners Alley.
  • Between 30 days and 7 days prior to the start of your session: you can choose between receiving a partial refund (50%) of the registration fee returned to your credit card, or a full refund in the form of credit toward future camps or classes at Miners Alley.
  • Between 7 days and the start of camp: refunds will be offered only as credit toward future camps or classes at Miners Alley.
  • Once a camp or class has begun, we offer no refunds except in unusual circumstances. 

 

If for any reason Miners Alley Performing Arts Center (MAPAC) cancels your session, you will receive a full refund.
